You will note that I have many interest areas about which I conduct research and publish. At the centre of this work is client-centredness/human-centredness, the notion that our work as dietitians is to work in the service of those who put their trust in us. All of my research efforts have to do with enhancing client experiences of and the effectiveness of nutritional care.

I undertake projects that will provide insights into optimizing: 1) the how, when, where, and what of providing nutrition care, and 2) dietetics education to prepare students for their future roles as nutrition professionals.
