Evaluation of Nutrition Services

Informed by her background in adult education and critical theory, Cath has worked for over 30 years in evaluating nutrition programs and services to learn about multiple outcomes in addition to clinical parameters. As with Research Skills Training, Cath works with learners to enhance their comfort and excitement in developing evaluation approaches that inform continuous quality improvement.
