‘Not At The Table’ is about eating dynamics that change in a family when someone is being nourished by a tube feeding. For some people, they are ‘not at the table’ literally because they are not able to eat (the flap on the piece would be open). For others, being fed by a tube feeding means that they can be at home with their loved ones. While they cannot participate in family meals, they can participate in the social time accompanying meals.
